Subject	Should I be able to hear the lifters at all?

Message	I just started up my Z for the first time in a year after having cleaned out the engine with xtreme clean engine flush and 15W-30 oil. (I've never had a tick before, I flushed the engine just for piece of mind.) There was a bad lifter tick that went away after 15-30 mins of light driving. I've never had lifter tick before so this is new to me. When the one very obvious tick was gone I noticed that I could still hear all the other lifters ticking away. Is that normal and I'm just scrutinizing a noise I never noticed before? It's a 96 all stock with 43.5k miles if that matters.
